Ferrari wants to be the Resident Horse. He will permit entities to sit on him for up to half an hour at a time when he's here, as long as they keep all claws and talons sheathed.

He will stand at the end of the counter and look charismatic.

He will make himself available to you for quests and to me for bailing out my young friends

As for me, I would LOVE to be a duchess again!

Well, Greebo, I've always been a big fan of Lewis Caroll. Nice to meet the student of one of my favorite characters. Now that Greebo answered my question, what about Ferarri? He still hasn't told me whether he can talk or not.

We slept on finest greenstripe, and wherever I went there were two valets, one to carry the WAP and the other, who was chosen for his pointy fingers, to take dictation.

I could, in short, know anything I wanted to know, whenever I wanted to know it.
