Bluebottle Posted Jan 27, 2000
I feel insulted. Of course the washing up's done!

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted Jan 27, 2000
Looneytunes! Have you been slaving over a hot stove in the middle of a New Zealand summer? Or did you get somebody else to do it?
mmmmm *grabs one for Ferrari*

Afternoon folks - one of those little caramel numbers if I may, Mr W. Anyone mind if I sit on the horse?
What I really, really want
Bluebottle Posted Jan 28, 2000
You'd better ask the horse that - I don't get involved.

Zebedee (still Pool God after all these years) Posted Jan 28, 2000
Does the horse actually talk?
*eyes horse suspiciously*

Asteroid Lil - Offstage Presence Posted Jan 28, 2000
Greebo, but that was TELEVISION.
*horse eyes Zebedee suspiciously*
Zeb, I came by this horse in another thread
and have decided to keep him around. For the
time being he is allowing me to mediate.
As you've asked permission, please be our guest.
Do you know how to get on?
*Ferrari nibbles Zebedee's hair experimentally*

*Walks up to horse*
Excuse me, Ferrari (that is your name, isn't it?), are you a talking horse? Please excuse me if I seem rude, but this is a matter of dire importance to my curiosity.
Hey, Greebo, is the Cheschire Cat a relative of yours? I'm just asking because I notice a slight resemblance.

Irving Washington - Gone Writing Posted Jan 29, 2000
Lil? Ferrari? I've got a proposition for the two of you. I've been commissioned (in the person of Sir Irving, a valiant crusader) by Queen BluDragon to go forth and quest for a special blue orb that not only tells the future, but will provide her pet seal with hours upon hours of entertainment. But I need a horse. A knight can't very well go questing without a horse. So, what do you say? Could I usurp Zeb's seat for a while while I go on a quest? It won't take long, I'm sure. I'd treat you well, Ferrari, and Lil, you could. . . well, I guess you'd need to name your price...

Backing up a bit. Loony's friend Geoff the Baker, makers of fine blueberry muffins to the court of Lord Loonytunes of Lunacy, says hi to Lil.

*Lil confers with Ferrari (whispering)*
OK, Irv, if you can get him a knighthood as well,
he'll do it. But only as Sir Ferrari. And he says
he wants to be a member of staff.
And, Irv? You _better_ take good care of him!
*sniffles*
What I really, really want
Irving Washington - Gone Writing Posted Jan 29, 2000
Are you fairly light? Perhaps he could carry us both and all three of us could recieve titles? That way you could be SURE he was taken good care of
I'll try to get him a knighthood in the court of Queen BluDragon, but in the meantime, I'll dub him Sir Ferrari, Knight of the Realm of the Aroma Café.
As far as staffing... what are his skills? I'm sure I can find something for him to do.
~Irving

~Grin~... To answer AHD's question... the All Powerful and Wonderous Cheshire Cat taught me a few mystical powers ... like the world famous Cheshire Grin... and the not so famous... but equally impressive Grinny Grin... He is my mentor... and me his student... ~grin~
