I get that too sometimes, Milla - and I haven't figured out how to reset my keyboard without restarting my keyboard! *wondering if there might possibly be a a keyboard shortcut that changes the keyboard settings*

Do you two use PCs? If so the keyboard settings will be in the Control Panel (which is found in the 'Settings' section of the start menu).
