I definitely agree with the hole punch! It's the same with a stapler, I find! I can waste so many staples just punching them into stuff that doesn't need staples. It's calming.
My cat doesn't get that peed off look from her fur being brushed up the wrong way unless we're combing it at the same time. Then she attacks the comb!
I find it strangely pleasurable to mention how an itchy head could be nits, because everyone's heads get really itchy at that!

I should try the fan+tv effect.
Have you ever watched a video/dvd of art attack, or any making stuff, in reverse. Brilliant

oh, yeah, that is really good! In fact, things done in reverse that can't be undone noremally are always great!

Talking of banging things: knocking one of those packaging rolls on the floor - the really big ones, one metre long, make a lovely deep note.

mmmn... eating lindt lindor choccies is heaven! I have just spent the past week skiing, then I've come home and eaten lindt choccies, and let me tell you that whilst skiing feels fulfilling, eating choccies straight after is incredible!

I must concur with the glue thing, though it's a mightily long time since I did it. Though not as long as perhaps it should have been - I was about twenty five, fixing a table and therefore in possession of a tub of wood glue. And possibly stoned (not that I'd condone or partake in the latter anymore: I really can't watch that much day time television).
I find that sniffing freshly laundered clothes is quite pleasurable.
