From your advert I'm not certain whether or not you have dimensional protection. There are certain evil vilans who have trans-dimensional abilities. They can transport themselves so far before or beyond your existance that they can easily escape, ever met one of those?
Well there is a way of locking this ability so they cannot perform this slight of hand (mind). Being the key keeper of Keys in the dimensional dominions I would be please to inform you of how to apply this technology for a small remuneration.
It appears that I have yet to explore your area and therefore had no idea of your existance, I'm glad to make your acquaintence. There is nothig quite so exhilerating as oppressing those evil and time sensitive felons that inhabit the corridors of time and ruin it for the rest of us who use these pathways for other things such as recreation, research and other "good" things.

FACE-Hello, there! I'm certainly glad that you've taken an interest in the Andromeda Way Prison! However, no prison employees are currently concious due to the massive jail break that is taking place. As for time barriers,....well, let's just say that it varies. Most entities can't escape through such means due to the current anti teleportation and temportation devices already in place. However, MIGHTY PAN-DIMENSIONAL ENTITIES SUCH AS MYSELF are capable of flitting in and out due to the fact that we can't ever be caught. As a matter of fact, that's a plot-point for the current story line.
If you feel like joining the story line, feel free to do so; however, you must adhere to the Laws Of Continuity that govern this set of adventures within h2g2's own community. As a representative of the Pan-Dimensional Entities of h2g2, I must inform you that these laws have changed over time, but they basically mean the following: You can't determine what effect your action has on other people, you can't create powers, abilities, or weapons from nothing, and your character must be limitted in action by having the powers be roughly equal to that of the other adventurers.
The current quest's goal is to find Afgncaap5, and the next ship into the Andromeda Way Prison can be easily reached if you find the webpage for the Coalition Of Terror and follow their conversation thread. Who knows, maybe you could win the Philosopher's Stone that's being offerred!
With that in mind, all of the goings on in this adventure are being recorded by myself for the benefit of a party in the Pan-Dimensional Realms. Smile! We're watching you!

Please excuse my barging into your narrative, is there some place that I can be briefed so that I can get up to speed.
sorry about the breakout also. It seems that a pan dimensinal being such as myself (ourselves) could just go to the origin point of all the "criminals" and delete their timelines no need for a prison. They would just never exist. Peace and quiet. Boring?
That is what a "control freak" would do to stop crime. On the other hand what is so bad about a little crime ( I know that the word varies a lot due to its indeterminite nature). Crime challenges us, keeps us on our collective toes, and recycles a certain amount of things so that we cannot just be complacent.
(notice I've been to the keeper of brakets)
I personally am not the "Dr. Who" type of Pan dimensinal being, my travel is not physical, using a device, but (Psychic?) and while I may not be able to manipulate matter while traveling, I am able to influence behavior in others. I dont know all the rule of the game yet I hope these dont violate any of them. (of course if they did I would just go back in time to when they were created and manage to get the right ones started.
be back soon

FACE-Comparable to Dr. Who, eh? That'd put you at roughly a....let's see here....that'd definitely be in the area of one Professor Tonks, possibly greater. Word of warning: Professor Tonks currently participates in fewer adventures than he used to because he described his character as somewhat too powerful from the beginning, and as such feels that he can sometimes put too much pressure on the story line (though he's by now gotten the hang of figuring out how to limit himself).
Trust me, everyone goes through the "Confusion" stage when following the Law Of Continuity. But you'll figure it out as people yell at you for breaking the rules. They're nice about it.
And to get you started, I'd suggest that you read what I've said at U99500 (I've hijacked that page in lieu of Afgncaap5's absence), and then read Afgncaap5's most recent journal entry (same page). That's about it....oh, and the spatial coordinates in his entry would be a good place to start following the story if you wish to follow it.
