Thanks for the yeast info. Roadkill, if you provide the yeast with enough air ther respire aerobically and alcohol is not produced so they live and grow. That's about all I know about them. That and that they can be frozen and still survive.

Damn, I just sniffed the yeast/water/sugar mix and I'd say it's about 6% alcohol. They need more air!!!!!!!
