Paul H, you said something to me not long ago & I've heard it since then & before as well...I think we were talking about me flying or suba diving or something along those lines. You said you thought me "brave". (was it when I was straned on that island? i can't find the thread...nor remember the details)
I've thought about nearly everything I've ever done & can't for the life of me come up with what you thought was 'brave'. Do you recall?
It's just that it's come up again.
Today I mentioned to a friend that I'll probably get in the car & take off for a few days or weeks or whatever (by myself)...& head someplace I've never been before. Now he's all upset about my safety. I don't want to travel WITH anyone. I bring back no witnesses!!! Know what I mean Paul H?

I think scuba-diving *was* brave, Pandora. I guess the bravest scuba-diver of all was that German film-maker/photographer who went scuba-diving while filming a documentary on pearls or something--her name was Leni Something-or-other, and she was 100 years old at the time. In the 1930s, she filmed a documentary about the Nazis, and that has dogged her ever since. She claims that art is everything for her. She denies being a Nazi sympathizer.

Not anymore she aint. Leni Riefenstahl died a few weeks ago.
