How's the 'ed?
PenJen Posted Dec 31, 2004
Hello there! Lovely to her from you, Sir.
Got your 'e' - Tá. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas. And yes, I'm still in jim-jams and with a little rocket hangover BUT will have energy and style for later tonight without a doubt!
I think we're doind a pub crawl, starting around seven... I will follow, not lead and will be wearing the Docs. No dressews or hell-heels for little Miss Mophead, I'm afraid!
How about you - what are your plans?

Thoth1 Posted Dec 31, 2004
Hiya,
Do pub's crawl?
I hope not, Thoth's off to one this evening with a small but discrete party of friends.
Food has been ordered so it won’t be a totally liquid supper.
A lady friend is visiting, so I'm busy with the vacuum. She comes every year on New Year’s Eve. (How dare you, I heard that!)
I'm having a debate as to whether or not to wear my funny hat… The one with the flashing Santa… (Flashing as in lights going on and off, honestly, some people’s minds! ) What do you think?
See you Sunday perhaps, when the hangover’s been banished to the history of famous hangovers.
Thoth,

I'll take my example from you.
AND you're hoovering again! Remember UNDER the sofa, now...
Hope you have a wonderful evening (and after! ), and I'll raise a wee toast to you, my dear.
Wear the hat and flash; have fun, go mad, sleep late and have a laugh and we can compare notes (and conquests) in a few days time! Me of course!!
Enjoy and misbehave - I will!
Take care,
Jen

How's you? Head working again?
Thoth.

Hahahahahahah!!! You're SO funny!!
Actually my dear, wee Jen has been more a tee-totaller than a party animal; have been cursed with the cold and slept many an hour (alone! ); went down to the folks for a little rest and returned to reality late last night. Sound like 'rocky', look like 'Rocky' though feeling more shaky than pop. BUT will battle to work later today and breathe lovely germs over anyone who annots me!!
Did you get all the hoovering (hovering?) done in time, my dear and BEHIND the couch????
Hope you had a wonderful New Year and let's hope more beginnings, than ends, of new stories!
Missed your madness these last few days though; hope you'll be also going back to 'class'???

So,
Little Miss Sensible, how’s the shoes. No approaches from hockey mistresses I hope!
And the Lass A Jester tasks… Looking good?
Thoth,

Awh... dear Thoth!
Well, I put my best foot forward and never tripped up,
I wiggled with a giggle and didn't get the chop.
Was a loooooong day though, but went well as expected,
The fools from the sound ones I have slightly detected.
Seems me will be more of a 'Humane Resourcer' than a 'Lass-a-Jester'
And my current wee skills will be put to the tester.
Still early days but I think I'll fit in,
Will miss my old job though, and that's the sin!
How's you, sir?
Jen

I'm well tks...
So PJ going to be working at being humane... !
Hope you have lots of fun doing it. (The new job! Bad girl!)
Feeling zzzish here so off to nod land soon.
You still get plenty of time to scribble?
Catch you later...
Be good...

Well, back to a five day work wek with w'ends off will be a pleasant change although I'm really going to miss the world of mad customers and books, my socks-in-docs and being o close to home.
Might learn how to drive and get the nails painted. We shall see. Will have to cut back time on here though and might have to drop the Book Review as will not have the same access to material but do intend to experiment and work on my own writing.
There. Ask me again in 6 months!
Humanely-girly and good with it too.
Sleep well, sweet soul and will chat with you later. You must tell me of your shenanigans and dramatical endeavours!

Always behaving, Sir, ALWAYS!
As for "Monday' - again it's only another 'training-like' day as too the following Monday. Officially start, (when the new shoes have worn in), on the 31st Jan. Still have my Latrge Print Borrowers until them, Bless'em!
How goes you, Mister?
Hoovering lately?
How's the 'ed?
Thoth1 Posted Jan 15, 2005
Naw...
No hovering lately, no lady visitors...
Living a celibate life, or should that be celebrate.

Next week Teach wants us to finish off a story she’s started - either as a romance or comedy. (Is there a difference one asks?)
Also we need to find a mag that we can submit a story to - Guinness drinkers monthly perhaps?
How’s the shoes fitting?
Shorty getting used to the new schedule?

You and your fantasies, AGAIN?!
As for the mag - you could always go for 'Vaccum Cleaning Extraordnaire' or 'Extra-Curricular Activities Weakly'...
Don't really like the shoes. They pinch and make me take smaller steps. Longer to get somewhere. BUT has to be done...
Thee dog now sleeps around 16hrs a day. He's snoring at the minute AND sitting on MY chair! Grrr...
Ask me again the first week of Feb and I'll be a nervous wreck. Need to cure my insomanic trait soon. Any suggestions?
How's the 'ed?
Thoth1 Posted Jan 16, 2005
Of zzzwards soon.
Though I probably won't be able to sleep, for trying to think of an insomnia cure for PJ...
Have you tried counting sheep or people asking for books from the adult section?
Catch you soon.

Whisky ought to do it, but I don't like whisky...
Housework tires me but I couldn't be arsed.
Don't have an 'adult section' in the library.
(What's an 'adult section', Thoth?)
I reckon a couple of those 'PROMISED' bottles of 'Dulcia' juice would do wonders...
BTW, are you interested in coming to the possible meet-up in Birmingham end Feb/March?
You could bring the Teach or the hoover?
'll have to leave the shoes and Shorty at home though.
Anyway, sleep well and sweet dweams.
Catch ye later,
Jen
