Whoopie pies are two big cake-like cookies with light and fluffy whipped frosting/icing between them - a Pennsylvania Dutch treat. I learned to make them from an Amish Friend.... Some people pile the frosting on, others just use a small amount - I used a lot when I made them for the meet because I figured it would be a lot more fun to get pictures of people with whoopie pie frosting all over their faces.

So, now it comes out: Lady Scott
thinks like Martha Stewart. When the
meals are planned, and the recipes
are consulted, the ones that will
look best for the camera are the ones
selected. Now I understand.

Yeah, I know there's at least one picture of that box, but I don't know who had that one either - and I don't have the meet photo page bookmarked....

I looked at Tac's, Amy†'s, Alex's, and Amy P's ... dunno ...
I'm headed for bed. I know it's early, but I'm exhausted ... G'night.

I know where I saw that picture now..... It's in Mr C's photos, which we have scanned but still have here. We need to burn them onto a CD and return to him so he can post them somewhere.

In a manner of speaking...
Well, not me *personally* since I have no clue how to burn a CD other than to start a fire in the fireplace...

I'm glad you changed that, ... scared me for a minute ...
If you'd like to email me the pictures, I could burn a CD for you, Lady Scott.
