lil is home now.... and lil is extremely angry!
He knew we were to be away and would not be in a situation to drive to bring her home.
VV will be home this evening. She will stay here tonight, then she can decide if/when she's moving in her sister.

folks, I've been offline for a week, due to internet problems, and a work's access ban, so just catching up.
VV... I am shocked! 
Completely.
And it is 
about things, as my Sister has just announced her separation after 19 years from my BIL, so I can fully understand what a bombshell this is!
The only real advice I can give to you, is don't think too deeply or apportion blame, immediately, in either direction. It can be very destructive. When my Parents separated, it tore us three kids apart, and the damage it caused is still there, 30 years later.
Use your friends and family as support... It will be there... often where you least expect it!
See if Relate can help, or other forms of counselling. It is helping my Sister and BIL to stay friends and communicate while they sort things out.
Keep yourself busy. It reduces the 
feelings.
I hope the above help or make sense.
Otherwise tell me to shove my nose elsewhere!

and I really can understand how you feel...
