Your tan is a spray job? I think the sun does a better job.
We had our first official summer day this year, so I am slowly turning a bit red after a day on a bicycle.
** Jumps into the fountain to cool **
Sorry Cap'n, you're all wet now.

I think I got a bit carried away with the lovely Sun yesterday, though somehow, I've managed to burn my Nipples and nothing else? *wonders if he should have really brought this up*

I really don't know it just happened, all of me was in the sun (don't think my neighbours were too happy about it but stuff 'em) and them's the only burned bits. Though to be fair they've gone down a lot today, and I'm looking a lot more even.

I'm not even going to ask - cause I wouldn't believe it anyway, and some things are just not worth trying to explain...

Everyone in bed I suppose......Ah well, just time for a quick (Mojito ?)
*continues his 1/2 mile jog*

Maybe plastic squirrels have sunburn-sensitive
nipples? It's possible....
Lurcher, you don't *start* with a 20-mile jog.
You start with a much shorter distance, and gradually
work up to it.
Or, if you're like me, no matter how short the
distance is, by the time you've been jogging regularly
for a month, the pain in your feet and legs is telling
you it's time to try something else.

If you go from scratch to 20 miles in just a month, you surely will get very sore feet. It took me 5 years!
