I'm home safe and the day went well and Allan and Jenny said thank you to you all for being so kind with your thoughts and being so supportive of our family and me.

He was so brave. I am so proud of him I could burst. I have some photos I will treasure forever and a day I will never forget.

Glad you are back home safely. It sounds as if it helped you all a lot.

Phew, you are back home safe &...as for the rest. Can't say. Big, brave you & Alan & everyone involved.....repeat as necessary.

(Today has been "double phew, they are safe!" for me, Dubman's mate went on holiday to Moroccco a week back, he is a lovely old guy, but has heart condition & is so gentle, he could so easily have had bad things happen. He was due back this morning, promised to phone as soon as he got back: no reply from his number...we've been going frantic, then half hour ago "ding dong"; it's him! He's come direct from the airport to here "I lost my phone, but thought 'i bet he's at Terri's place")

Right, so now let's hope you can somehow find your best way of trying to "chill out" a little, Lord knows, you need that!

My Laura named a star after the baby. They had left the certificate at home, so I couldn't check where it was. But I will, later.

I'll light a candle for her tomorrow, they have a beautiful old church here (built around 14th Century) which i often tiptoe into; light a candle, do my thing & tiptoe out again.
