Oh dear, I had a depressing evening last night. I went out with a bunch of couples and I felt soooo alone.
Curse you God (with ot without a beard) for making me this way.

My personal opinion (in reply to post 851) is that celibacy is measured in at least months. I agree with GB that if it's just a matter of a few days or a week or two it could be considered as just recouperating from the last time and recharging for the next one.
But that's just me.
Still trying to always look on the bright side of life. (whistles a bit)
Even if I don't get any. I think that the craving for it has actually gone.. Nowadays, it's more of a lingering thought that it would be nice to see some action, but not much more than that.. Weird..

Check this out;
Her: "My friend said why am I seeing you when I could be salvaging my relationship with x"
Me: "Well, why are you seeing me when you could be salvaging your relationship with x?"
Her: "I don't know"
Isn't that just charming!

Sounds like she needs to sort herself out.
I am abstaining from sex, so that makes me celibate. Even though it has only been ~checks watch~ 8 hours.

God.
What are you doing here?
Can't you find another deity to have it away with?

David St. Hubbins - Keeper Of Quality Footware Posted Sep 22, 2000
Mina, could you explain what that means "Sort herself out?"
I mean that in a good way, not an arsy way.

If she's seeing you when she should be salvaging her current relationship then she needs to sort out what she really wants. She must like you, or she wouldn't see you, on the other hand she won't leave her relationship.
It's not fair to the other people that are involved. She needs to sort out her feelings for each of you, not her feelings for the "relationship". If you see what I mean.
That's all I meant. It's also a lot harder than it sounds.

Er, I don't think you should have cursed HIM in one of his Angel's threads, or anywhere else for that matter!
Now I'll have to go "suck up" to take his mind of something horrible HE may have in mind for you....
I may be ~some~ time

No problem, I knew you weren't.
Even if you were I wouldn't have cared. Posting messages here is inviting all and sundry to give their opinions.

I didnt get my early morning date after all, posponed to tonight... but I will still be in this forum when I get back, its only a first date, so it will just be a "getting to know you in person" kind of thing... you shouldnt rush into anything...
But if she insists.... LOL
