There are quite a few such patterns, lanzababy. There's the current one, that has ornaments instead of roses. Then there's the one from about five years ago, which was called "Seasons of Colour" (I have alot of pieces in that pattern). Then, going further back, there was one that kept the roses around the rim but added a Christmas tree in the center.

At those ridiculous hours of the night, I am sleeping so soundly not even Martha Stewart can wake me up.

Mad visions of Martha tiptoeing around to Paul's house and banging on his front door early each morning...
Happy Christmas Eve Pierce! Do you have one last edition to print or are you on holiday already?
Is anyone else working on Christmas Eve?
I've just looked out of the window, and it has snowed whilst we were watching tv. About another 4 inches or so. I wonder how deep it will be in the morning?

That would depend on how warm the night is, or whether the snow has not stopped yet.

Right now, I'm safely home after celebrating Christmas with most of my family at my brother's house, and some of my family at my parents' house. I managed to get everybody's presents delivered to their rightful recipients, except for two gift cards that I mistakenly thought were for me. They turned out to be for my sister and her husband. My parents will see that they get to the right places. There was snow here and there along my return route, but it didn't accumulate.

I hope you are *all* Happy and Feasted and crammed with Joy.
I hope brought you what you needed most.
We had a snowy Christmas Day, the snow is slowly dripping away now
There was just enough left yesterday for the youngest members of our celebration to go out into the fields to chuck some snowballs about - roll around and generally get wet and cold But they came back happy.
We had a four generations around the table, the youngest aged two and the oldest aged 86. The youngest is named after his great grandfather, and they have a lovely time together.
Wishing you Peace on this second day of Christmas.

ooh there was a huge delay getting me back here - it is a very windy place and that can make landing a little precarious, with volcanoes all over the place. One winter when I was going back to Lanzarote, the pilot tried to land three times, each one aborted at the very last minute, when the tarmac was under the wheels. Eventually we went to one of the other islands until the storm had passed. I'm not a nervous air passenger, but I was sitting opposite the flight attendants and began to be a bit worried when even they stopped chatting and started looking a little white around the knuckles.
D'you know Pierce, you have successfully got this thread back 'on topic' so you get a mystery
Please let me know what is in that parcel

I'll keep it safe with my Hu-oooo-ge Squeegee. I hope those new drains are up to the job near my house, and very glad I had my roof done recently
It will all dry up quickly though and the farmers are usually very happy to have rain, in whatever deluge amounts.
I've just checked the flights

Are you back on Lanzarote, or still in England, or on some other island that has canaries?
Excuse me while I back to another thread where the pregnant captain qwill tell us when the bay is due.

I'm still in England, until after New Year. Then back to Lanzarote There's only so much winter I can cope with.

You would have been very welcome Paul. In fact, you would be welcome anytime. It's a pity that you are *so* far away.
How's the snow situation over there at the moment?
