Snow Storm
Lanzababy - Guide Editor Posted Jan 2, 2010
Jack Frost has been out with his little pepper pot of hawfrost again. I've got a list of things to do today, shopping, visiting the bank, writing some letters and other 'stuff'
Must remember to defrost the birdbath

A sudden blizzard has scotched my plans! I've blamed 2legs. We've had about 6 inches in an hour. Help! and it is still snowing, although the flakes have got much smaller in the last few moments. A while ago they were like marshmallow size, the very large ones. Or flumps, if you know what they are?
I have to go today as I am flying tomorrow ( I hope so )

Have a safe flight, lanzababy. It is snowing outside. The flakes are very small, and they aren't voming down fast, but they may accumulate over the next day.

There was a gang of the most fantastic snowmen I have ever seen in our street this morning as I left for the airport. One family had made a snowman family group, complete with snow dog. The snow was that sort of crunchy dry stuff that squeaks when you tread on it, nice and dry so your shoes don't get wet. If I had been staying I would have loved to go for a walk in it, the sky was so blue it was magical.

The sky here hasn't been blue in two days. Instead, we get assaulted by the stinging white flakes from H*ll.
