Alternative Voting Referedum. (UK Centric)
HonestIago Posted May 5, 2011
13 minutes - that's a lot slower than I expected. I guess the mods don't love us any more.
For anyone curious, the modded post contained an observation that we haven't had the warning not to post about politics and then a comment about a party to test if it was in force.
Turns out it is.

Oh fer goodness sake!
(my original comment which went 6th letter of alphabet, 6th letter of alphabet, 19th letter of alphabet, is apparently too offensive )

Frak this. Modding my second post was fair enough, it was a direct challenge to the House Rules, but the first one was simply a link to where a politician discussed his own actions.

I just posted something elsewhere on the same topic. It vanished so quickly I thought there was an error.
Still, can't complain in my case. It was fairly clear "canvassing".

I'm already on pre-mod, so does this mean I can't join the party?
I voted on AV. I know this is childish, and will merely mean a spoiled paper, but..........
I put;
First choice No X
Second Choice Yes X
Made me chuckle.

Dunno about AV, but there's some astonishing results coming in up here in Scotland. Labour are being almost wiped out!

Quite remarkable. The Nats will be short of an overall majority though right?

If they do fall short, they should form a coalition with the Lib Dems, it's worked wonders for the Tories.
