Not in Canada.ca though.
BTW: If you click the "I'm Feeling Lucky" button
with nothing in the search box it takes you to an
archive of all the doodles. There's a couple of
drop-downs by year and by country (or ALL).
The Addams doodle was not there earlier but I see it now.

I really don't understand that. I mean, I suppose I can see why some Doodles might not be available worldwide - national celebrations and so forth - but even those would improve cultural understanding, so to speak. And ones which relate to people who made important contributions to human knowledge and understanding ought to be for everybody.

I guess they figure that we Americans don't want to be enlightened. Sadly, they would be correct for the great majority. Most folks here care more about Kardashians and Snookies than 17th century scientists.

When I told my husband that today's Doodle celebrated the birth of Nicolas Stenos, hubby asked, "Did he invent stenography?" I despair of him sometimes, I really do!
