Over prescription of anti biotics or anti virals will contribute to an increased likelyhood of what is commonly termed 'antibiotics resistance', or, I guess 'antiviral resistance',

they're not very good terms, as they both suggest the idea that 'resistance' is an 'active' thing done by the virus/bacterium, I.E., it actively becomes resistant, which is exactly what it doesn't do.

Its quite a passive process, its the overuse of the anti biotic/viral that causes all the virus/bacteria in an individual to be 'killed'.

Of course, in any individual not all the virus or bacteria will be the same; random mutation occurs. by chance, one or more may develop by this random error introduced during its replication, an error which means it is resistant to the antibiotic/antiviral.

Also, what may happen, is with over prescription of the antiviral, or antibiotics, is taht they may be given out to people who've just got the regular infection; not the nasty bug, in this case the swine flu, they may just have 'regular' flu, again, by random chance there may be a virus/bacterium produced that is resistant to the anti viral/biotic, and agian that will survive despite the treatment.

this mutant version with resistance can then multiple in the indivdiual, irrelivent of if they're still on the drug, as its resistant it won't harm it...

What can then also happen is due to the way the virus is replicated in the host cells, you can get a swapping of genes between the benign 'normal' flu strain and the nasty swine strain....

In bacteria you can also get a simualr exchange of genetic matteiral, though it happens in a differnt set of ways I think

Ok , so the mechanisms for viral or bacterial resistance are pretty much the same . Good I understand now .

Well Hi all im Back been away for a while,,,,,,,,,,,,

Right,,, shape-shifting lizards thing,,,,

shape-shifting lizards is a load of rubbish and i never said that BUT
the people who started all this lizards thing , are people who could not understand why a person who went in to Goverment with the idear they will do Good and say they do want the public want then that person would change once they in Goverment and then change the way they are and then carry on with the way thing are going

but people will come up with an idear when they a lack of info
and they are wolves in sheep clothing in the goverment who say they on the side of the people

I can only but pressume that you are under the impression that you know what you are talking about, a bit more time spent on perfecting your ability to write coheriantly might aid in your being able to put across whatever it is you are trying to say... At the moment... Its just nonsensicle words strung together that make no sense.

So at the end of the day if i was to say,,,,,

but i miss spell it and say

warter is wete

that means water is not wet cos i miss spelled it ????

Actually is not the mis spelling that is the problem.It's your total unconcern for grammar and punctuation and the occasional misuse of prepositions that leads to incomprehension on our part.It means we have to work harder at deciphering what you have written so that it makes sense.

It depends to what extent the spelling mistake alters meaning, but largely its not the spelling itself that is the problem... Its the sentence and proposition structure, and the non logical leaps within the text from one point to another; I guess you have an idea why they're related... unless you say that idea, then we can but only see the points raised as they stand...

But it would lose its entertainment value .

I think what it boils down to that the points that i am making may have spelling and grammar problem's but you can not debate on the points i am putting across so you just attack me on spelling and grammar

if you were being honest about this you would just say i Don't understand that post or just correct me on any errors i may of made

by now it must clear to you i have a few probs with spelling but that is all your can point out and that is it

and I can tell you the Government is more afraid of us rebelling and protesting then some guy siting some cave some were plotting terror terror terror (if the terror plots were real).

Permits to protest we have now next will be how many that can give out then next will be only given to people who support government policy etc ,,,(they asked for an inch but took a mile)

And you know I am right when I say it is now time for a new Government and not just voting labor out and voting the lib's or con's in I mean a 100% change the end of the government as we know and put in a less powerful government and make laws that are made in local city's and towns and not nation wide, in basic decentralize the government ,,

I will say, Rmac's spelling does seem to have gotten better. I don't think there was a single typo in that last post apart from the use of 'u' instead of 'you'. Until you consider that his spelling couldn't have gotten any worse, that's almost a compliment.

He still has no idea how to punctuate or how to use capitals but at least his spelling seems to have caught up to his mental age.

Well for starter's that is how your comming across like
the Holocaust denial they just point out silly little thing's like mistake in statements and stuff like that just like what your doing with the spelling ,,,, ect

and yes maybe that is rude but hay your all doing it so maybe your like the rudness better , but hay sometime you just have to go with the flow unless you think rudeness is bad for this site lol
