Now...all this artificial enhancement is all very well...but there's a school of thought in mountaineering that maintains that 'free climbing' - ie without artificial support is the purest form of endeavour.

Soooo...OK, so maybe various rings and piercings and even circumcision may enhance the pleasure of one partner or the other. But by how much? And is it worth the bother? And could not the same effect be achieved by other means than disfigurement(eg a G-spot vibrator?)

Sorry about that. We've had a couple of pages of witless innuendo on this thread, (which I wouldn't mind if it had been amusing, but it wasn't), and I assumed that Alpha Male was just one of the witless ones come back to haunt the thread again, so I reacted more strongly than I should perhaps have done to a Newbie. My bad.

In the meantime, there was an important point about being one of 500 made a couple of posts back. Yep. I've turned someone down before now because I didn't want to be one of quite that many.

One of the things that fascinates me, not just about this thead, but about most of the sex threads on this site, is how people will share very complex and personal emotional stuff.

It's sometimes a lot easier to share with a complete stranger, than it is to share your feelings with a friend

After all, if they give good responses, then it's great. A good boost If they give negative responses oh it's only some mad person online But if you tell your best friend how badly your life is going and they have no sympathy or tell you you are doing x wrong then it's hard to swallow.

Hell i'll happily tell you lot that my partner has just been sent to prison and I feel really, really, bad about it (ok, I feel worse than that). But I haven't even told my few friends or any of my work colleagues.

Must admit - I'm having the greatest fun with this thread - its certainly been educational but amusing and fast-paced too. This might sound twee - but it almost (except for the occasional tweebs) feels like a real, adult conversation about something we all have thought about at some stage but rarely ever able to get straight (no pun inteneded) feedback on.
