Yes you bite off the armadillo tail, dangle it in a glass of port and suck it up,through the nose. Then gently roast.

I blame 2legs for the terrible mental pictures of armadillos that are now plaguing me.

I blame 2legs for references to Home Truths, as regards biting the ears and feet of bears and sucking gin thourhg them, or sucking port thorugh choc tubes.
