To be honest, once I'd read the line, "The children are in the care of the parents of their father" - I couldn't care less whether they get a suspended sentence - as long as the kids are out of there.

Very well written article! An anthropomorphic entry such as this one can degenerate into cutesy cutesy very easily, but the article just used the first person (ape?) viewpoint as a framework for building up a fascinating story about captive animals and the relationship between ourselves and our ape cousins generally.
The following picture of Cheeta reinforces some of the points made in the article.

"Singer Sheryl Crow has said the amount of toilet paper we use should be limited to help the environment.
Crow suggests using "only one square per restroom visit, except, of course, on those pesky occasions where two to three could be required".
So many things I could say I certainly wouldn't want to shake hands with her.

In Slovakia there are in fact establishments where you are handed one square of toilet paper by the attendant as you go in. The squares are neatly laid out in rows on a small table at the entrance.
Cheryl Crow's brilliant idea is nothing new or revolutionary.

I'm strictly a half-roll at a time man myself. I love the reverberating rythym of a rattling loo-roll.

Shame about the rule for naming elements though.

I'm sorry, but if my penis were cut off, the police would have to use a heckuva lot more than CS gas to restrain me.

spectroscopy most likely, er... when the planet passes in front of the light from the star it produces a wobble that gives away the planet's mass and the light from the atmosphere can yeild the chemicals present.
I think that's how they do it.
