The Hague, The Netherlands.
Geert Wilders, extreme right* member of Dutch parliament, wrote in open letter to newspaper that Koran must be forbidden. he said that Koran similarities with Hitler's "Mein Kampf", which in forbidden in the Netherlands. when the Dutch parliament comes back from recess he will introduce the law. it will not have any chance. sadly mr Wilders will need more security paid the taxpayers*!
* dislaimer: I am against this man. he says he is not extreme right.

http://www.iht.com/articles/ap/2007/08/09/america/NA-GEN-US-Red-Cross-Lawsuit.php
"Johnson & Johnson, the health-products giant that uses a red cross as its trademark, sued the American Red Cross on Wednesday, demanding that the charity halt the use of the red cross symbol on products it sells to the public."
Although I do get the impression from that article that this might be more a technical legal matter than owt else.
