Perhaps we should ask Jim Lynn, if anyone knows he will.

I'll guess it'll happen between one and two hours from now considering the rate they're going...
Lessee, it's 14:57 GMT-6 here....Call it 21:00 GMT (is that right?)...
So I'll guess....

Well I know I won't post the post...
I'll be gone in about half an hour ... If I thought I'd be here, I'd try a pot shot at getting it in F1 .

There must be some way to track the post numbers. We just have to ask someone high up. Who wants to volunteer?

Too late, should've thought of it earlier. All(!) the H2G2 staff will have gone home now.

"All"... heh...
"All" two of 'em.... Why do I think this might not be a big priority for them?...
Oh, I'm sure either Natalie or Jim will have no problem finding the post... And they'll probably be glad to do it... But I gotta figure they are busier than one throated beings at a Gargleblasser drinking contest (hosted by Z. Beeblebrox of course).

I'm keeping track of who has guessed what.
If you want to see the most recent post on h2g2 go to <./>Info</.> . As mentioned earlier in the thread the number of posts includes posts on all DNA sites. Fingers crossed h2 will be the 5 millionth one though
Rule Addendum 3: All bets now closed, as it's getting too easy to guess.
However as people are going to continue guessing anyway, I propose a second tier of bets - the Last Minute Ones. Any guesses from now on will be included in that category and should include the minute as well as the hour and day .

I think it'll be some time Thursday morning GMT looking at the way posts have been going down. It'll probably be one of those damn foreigners

Whoops I meant Thursday morning before most Brits will be up, around 4am GMT

Ok... that was 9 hours ago... Unfortunately I'm on a Linux system that I'm not that familiar with now so I bet it's already passed....
I could be wrong, but I doubt it.

There's been 29 posts since my last one, and only 18 of those are on h2. I was going to suggest guessing where the magic post might happen (Lil's Atelier? The Thingites?), but maybe it won't be h2 at all
