In the same way there is Feedback and the community soap box, is there a specific page / thread to report 'U' numbers that are tught to be doing wrong...

In this I do NOT an arugument thread, or a mob thread, just a place to post a U number, and example thread links, for multiple offences, since the yike button is on a post by post case, this is not enough to demonstrate the kind of multi sign-on abuse that may happen.

Only allow access to h2g2 to those that have purchased 'the book', we have to key-in a random word on a line of a page. Ooh the elitist stuff is begining to have a nonplus effect.

3. The only name I've been known as since I joined h2g2 is junior or jnr.

Junior: I'd say a very basic place to start would be your user space. It indicates that you are a Guardian Angel. If you are not an OFFICIAL Guardian Angel, you should not claim to be one.

Starting out at the beginning of the thread and reading through (no no ALL of it) I am tempted to ask

why not a chat room? I think after a while people will allways end up chatting together once they got to know each other better.

It is hard to find out the concept of hootoo because it is a confusing maze. Great concept, great people, but hard to get around.

Hmm. "Guardian Angel" written in large red letters on bright yellow background, at the very top of the page. "Soon to be a GA" in smaller print below. Seems misleading to me.
