PP, these things aren´t expensive, and speedway racers have been using them for ages. Just several layers - the front one gets too dirty - rip off, throw away, clear sight again. At a local grasstrack race it will be volunteers who collect the litter- marketed as technical breakthrough it will be we taxpayers who pay the bill, as usual. Useless fact.

And btw - I wouldn´t like to be a window cleaner there and then either, considering the amount of sq ft. If you have ever wrestled with an unrolled roll of freezer clingtape...
