The wife of the man currently there is going to move him (he's currently facing down at Marilyn) to the crypt reserved for her and have herself cremated. She wants to buy out her mortgage to leave her $1.6 million dollar home to her heirs outright.

Yea... I checked the number 1 bidder and most of what they've bought in the past was electronics and a VW. Number 3 though looks serious as their history lists a lot of "collectibles".
