Nah, diet coke tastes better but with all that non sugar sweetening stuff in it I'll rather stick to normal coke. At least with suger you know what you're getting.

Diet or not diet, Coke tastes better than pepsi, and I'll tell you what I think about both.

I don't like any colas, actually, and this is why I'm the perfect person to decide. Now, based on my take of the two, you decide which you prefer:

Pepsi tasted flat and extra sugary to me, so if you like Coolaid, you'll probably prefer Pepsi.

Coke seems to have more bite, bust, and body to it, as well as less sugar, therefore, if you like a big, bold, tasty and fulfilling drink, you'll prefer Coke.

Proof that I can tell which is which: One time I took a Pepsi, or Coke test at an event that was providing it, and I guessed which drink was the correct one five times in a row.

So, listen to what I say, I'm telling the truth, and that's a definite useless fact. You better believe it.

Ok, that's far too technical for a thread like this. But nice useless facts nonetheless.

Well I do like Kool-Aid. Clearly Pepsi is the one for me.

Diet Coke is nicer than Diet Pepsi. End of discussion. smiley - tongueout

Anyway, useless facts:
The word 'pummel' comes from the Medieval practice of using the pommel of a sword or dagger to beat someone you wanted to injure but not necessarily kill.

When using a longsword in combat, the traditional Hollywood-style cleave through the top of the skull would be considered a bad move, as the sword would likely get stuck in the thick bone. A better tactic (and one recommended by the 15th Century sword master Fiore Dei Liberi) is to aim a diagonal chop at the ear or just below... a well aimed and angled blow was fully capable of going straight through the body and out through the hip.

There is a skull, on display at the castle museum in Norwich, where a heavy bladed weapon (either an axe or a broadsword) has sliced through the bone at a neat angle, rather like taking the top off a boiled egg... a skull next to it, however, shows the situation you describe where a less accomplished swordsman has hacked, rather than sliced, and split the skull in a manner conducive with the blade getting tick in there. (the injury in this case is a deep jagged notch)

useless fact 32654 - the term 'binty' is an 18th century word for a soggy old matress.

Useless opinion: I prefer normal pepsi, hate diet versions of all drinks (again with the preferring the sugar to all those foul sweeteners) but find that pineapple juice and lemonade is rather more refreshing than all of the above. I thank you.
