OMG, how can I follow that last post?
But, for the record, I have Roxette's "Fading like a Flower" as my tone, which I programmed in myself (being a bit of an 80's chick and all)

Currently have Anitra's Dance from Peer Gynt (how come there's so few classical pieces available mumble grumble )
...with 2 caller-specific tones - the Chinese Dance of the Flutes from Mendelsohn's Midsummer Night's Dream for my son, and one for my lodger which kind of "chants" her name...
Previous ones I've had are Mission Impossible, Thunderbirds (I loved that one!) and - of course - The Hithchhiker's Guide theme tune.
(There's an entry somewhere that I co-wrote on how to input that one to yer Nokia)

My website is cunningly hidden (and I had to restrict space to the few I thought would be most popular) but you could ask me for a specific one. I'd been using RTX / RTTTL format but managed to convert one to Nokia button presses for H.

Ooooh, some big and ballsy 20th century Russians please!
The opening of the second movement from Shostakovich 7 would sound nice as a ringtone, but it's quite a long phrase...
Prokofiev's Montagues and Capulets?
Or Night on a Bare Mountain?

The only Prokofiev I've already worked out is Lt.Kije and I'm not a fan of Shostakovich. I've got Tchaikovsky ballet music prepared and have found the right CD of Mussorgsky but am puzzled as to where my Romeo and Juliet has gone. So I'll have to get back to you on those requests.

OK Here's a version of the obvious Montague and Capulet bit. I don't know what the range of your phone is and whether you care about perfect pitch, eg I could transpose it to start on the lowest C you have on the phone. NB This is RTX format which requires you to have an editor for the phone. I checked it worked with my own little MIDI conversion utility. I haven't written another utility to convert to button presses ... yet.
