I don't know whether this will help you much but the german title is : Es war einmal: das Leben ( once upon a time: it was life= word to word translation) and I watched it with my child when they sent it in the 90s.Most of the series mentioned here I don't know, at least not by their english titles, but i loved Jeanny, The ghost and Mrs. Muir, Forsythe Saga, James Harriott and so on

And neither do I!
What was that Gerry Anderson series, something like "Droids", with Windsor Davies as the voice of the Sargeant Major? ("I'm scared Sarge." "We're all scared, son.")
They had a brilliant concept to conceal and secure their base - a forced vortex allowed their aircraft to leave from under the water.

Does anybody remember a childrens TV serial from 67-68 with Pink Floyds 'Astronomy Domine' as the theme music and set in London.
The rest of the music was all from 'Piper at the Gates of Dawn'
An exciting plot with kids following clues throughout the city and something to do with a tyrranosaurus rex??
