Quite right zoomer, quite right. Nurture not nature is what does it.

Well, I've got a sore knee, and a knackered laptop with two essays on it which were due today, couldn't find the lecturer the essays were for, but another lecturer said he'd tell him and if I emailed him he couldn't see it being any problem.
Apart from that I'm bleedin' wonderful.
Yourself?

glad to hear it.
This conversation's getting a bit boring now, with everyone agreeing isn't it? We could do with PYT turning up to give us all a chance to argue again

azahar Posted May 8, 2003
You're right about that - now it's just everyone agreeing with everyone else. Which, in RL is what we always like, but we only got on this thread to beat PYT to a pulp. And now he's taken all the fun out of the game by doing a runner.
I wouldn't say this thread has become 'boring' - rather that it's just lacking a bit of spark.

Yes, that's a better way of saying it. All perdectly pleasant, but no longer gives me the feeling when i log on of "OOh, I've got to seewhat the latest developments are".
Ah, you know what i mean.

Mudhooks: ,,, busier than a one-legged man in an ass-kicking contest... Posted May 8, 2003
Perhaps this really should go in this thread: http://www.bbc.co.uk/dna/h2g2/classic/F19585?thread=252800 A friend grew up in Scotland, but has been in Canada for about 20 years. He has a heavy Scottish accent that, quite frankly, makes me go weak in the knees.... along with most of the female knees in the office. He told us that when he went back to Scotland for a visit his friends commented on his "Canadian accent".

Well, I'm off. I have to shoot Prince Andrew tonight!
Hmmm. Let me rephrase that. I am a camera operator for the big screen at a benefit he is attending this evening.

There is a case of serendipity if I ever heard one. Tell her I'll be the one with the hand-held camera. (And don't mention the scene from *The Bodyguard*!)
