I've long thought that 'someone's in the kitchen with Dinah' was a thinly veiled musical version of Genesis 34: 1-4

There's another word that rhymes with Regina, and it starts with a "v", but I can't remember how the rest of it is spelled.

You probably mean angina, a painful heart and circulation condition that sends everything from tingling and numbness to excruciating pain up and down the arms and across the chest. Kinda like taking a deep breath on a Regina street corner on a cold day in January.

Or perhaps China, being both porcelain or ceramic ware or a big country where chinese food is just called 'food'. Oddly, China is one of the few places with a warm climate where the myna (also a rhyme) isn't wild. Perhaps they ate them.

They do eat a lot of things that most Westerners wouldn't . I found this out the hard way at a Chinese cafeteria....
