The song for that advert makes me want to kill things. I hate purfume ads in general - how can you sell a scent with some stupid blonde bint and a song?

Oh, I was told it's Eddie Izzard in the Andr3x adverts. I was quite disappointed.
All perfume adverts are dumb, Taz. No escaping it.
But I think Natural Essences (a.k.a. Yes, yes, yes!!!) are beginning to improve...
I like the Quorn ones. They're pretty cute.

Oh yeah, back to nappy ads:
"They're five times stretchier"
"FIVE times stretchificated?!"
I have to turn over when that one comes one.

TV-wise: that utterly lame "comedy" My Hero. And the people who find it funny. In fact, any of the so-called "nice" comedies on the Beeb. Keeping up appearances, My Family and so on.

>>My Family<<
... is one of the funniest British made shows ever.
Petty hate: people who speak ill of My Family

Oh, okay - I'll yield. My family is cutting edge, "hilarious" and a "laugh riot".

I've just spent nearly two days solid signing up to on-line job search sites
Every one of the bleedin places has a different format for entering the same details, so you can rarely just copy and paste from other profiles. You often have to re-enter virtually every detail from your CV in *addition* to uploading you actual CV to them
Then there's the job alerts, which for one of the sites i'm using continually ignores my choice of location, instead showing me jobs from the whole of the UK. Get the bug fixed guys
Too much work- five agencies later, id better get something soon, or i'll end up taking a firearm to my present employers.. (i'm posting from the UK where these things tend not to happen much, in case anyone is worried)

Big brother. They should just lock 8 people in a house, tell them they'll be on national TV, and then not do it. And leave them there.

And periodically release poison gas or a particularly ferocious badger.

Oh, oh, oh! Don't touch the damn SCREEN!
And I don't like My Hero, either, just can't see what's funny about it. Or Keeping Up Appearances. Or Only Fools and Horses, The Royle Family, Some Mothers Do Have Them, The Office, most of Black Adder, Fawlty Towers, Monty Python..... Nighty Night, Little Britain, A Bear's Tale (or Tail?), The Smoking Room, and most other British Comedies.
The Mighty Boosh. That one is really awful.

Winnoch I totally agree with all these points! The online job search sites are a grade A pain in the ass.

Or movies, or the theatre.
I had this woman sitting with her kid behind me during Star Wars II giving a running commentary during the whole film!
And to old dears were sitting behind us during Sunset Blvd. chatting away happily the whole time.
Key: Complain about this post
