The host slumps on the floor of the studio, wearily. He says "...this body is wearing a bit thin..." and suddenly, his face is bathed in a strange, bright light. The features change, distort and reassemble into the unfamiliar countenance of a complete stranger....(have i been watching too much classic british sci-fi series episodes.)

Blues Shark - For people who like this sort of thing, then this is just the sort of thing they'll like Posted Nov 1, 2002
I've just noticed that Snockerty Friddle has suggested me.
I am, frankly, deeply appalled by the suggestion that I've *not* done drugs, slept with prostitutes and in a threesome.
I demand an apology.

Okay - we're all very sorry that you've *not* done drugs, slept with prostitutes and in a threesome.

Well, Paul Merton looked incredibly uncomfortable presenting... I don't think he quite knew what was happening... though it was funny... especially Ross Noble, who is completely and utterly mad.

Yeah, Paul Merton did a pretty good job in a rather difficult position. Better than Angus at the adlibs, I thought, but not so good at delivering the autocue lines.
We miss him on the left wing though.

So is this a final admission to the Bill / Monika / Blueshark love triangle?

No, but he did a book signing in ottakars in sunderland (his very good new book sahara), a book shop where I often eat lunch. I walked into the bookshop, as the right honourable genius Mr palin was standing up from his book signing table and putting his scarf on. Unfortunately, I was reading the paper while walking and walked into mr Palin, knocking him off-balance.
