I am probably older than you. And the girls are probably younger than you. It's all relative, but anywhere from 15-25 is a nice tasty range.

i don't think it is all relative. if your 20 and she's 12 that's a huge difference. but if your 60 and she's 52 then thats almost no difference at all. the longer you've been around the less age matters. however having said that if your 60 and looking at 12 then that will never be a good thing. 20 -25 isn't really that old though, so do you honestly want someone how hasn't had a chance to live when, as you said, you've been wandering for years. what would you talk about?

The weather comes to mind, or how pretty flowers are. I could regale her with my tales of adventure, and she could tell me how lame her college classes are. The language of love is universal.

I think the agricultural metaphor should properly put the seed in the female bit. The notion of seed 'stems' from the days when men were convinced their contribution was the 'magic' and women were just the vessel. Now we know they got the goods, the eggs. And we just squirt 'em with fertiliser.

In this age, I know we cannot cling to such antiquated attitudes. Perhaps some young girl could enlighten me as to the changes in modern thought. Are there really none of them here on the H2G2?

There probably are some but they don't seem to be flocking here to meet you.

Maybe you need to try a new approach - something that would interest a young person.
