'Jambo Pigua' is the sum total of my Swahili vocabulary, although the spelling may be wildly incorrect.
Translated it means 'Hello Mongoose' and is the only Swahili I have ever needed to know.

How strange! 'Jambo Pigua' is the sum total of my Swahili vocabulary too! (of course, that might be because you just taught it to me...)

Thankyou for this information, it is not useless. I recently killed somebody and managed to be acquitted by the startling and brilliant new defense.....a koala bear did it.
Incidentally to add to your library of useless facts:
most toilets flush in C or B minor (it's true)
Pink used to mean yellow (or was it the other way around)
The days on Venus are longer than the years.
Wait for more, I'll be back.

I saw an ad for discovery channel somewhere I liked. It showed a mug shot of a koala bear. About that thing with their finger prints.
I do wonder how many humans have been framed for drug dealing due to finger prints, when it was in fact a koala bear trying to sell eucalyptus powder to poor unsuspecting aussies.

Lug nuts and lugged boots have nothing in common but organs and organs do. But not all organs are organic.

If I turn my head far enough, I can see my bum. If I turn it back to the front real fast, I can see unconstellated stars.

If you add 2% by volume of sugar to cement, the cement will never set.
Experimenters at 3M invented a glue that was not very sticky. Before long it found a use on Post-It notes.
Also, 3M accidentally invented the floppy disk by making an abrasive disk that was far too smooth to be of any use.
If you tap a glass bottle of Heinz ketchup on the "57" symbol, the ketchup will come out easily.
Walker's Bacon, Chicken and Barbecue crisp flavours are suitable for vegetarians but their Cheese & Onion flavour is not.
If you burnt a 1ct diamond you would get enough carbon dioxide for 1 can of fizzy pop.
Hamburgers: cow does all the work, pig gets all the credit.
My surname, Trew, is the only one I have ever found that can be spelt in a line on a keyboard.
Mickey Mouse's original name was Mortimer.
If all the girls at Newnham College, Cambridge, were laid end to end, I wouldn't be at all surprised.

Quoting Dorothy Parker will get you nowhere.
Besides, you are wrong. I know a female sumo wrestler in Des Moine whose virgin name was Poiuy. Her family were Athabascan Indians before they were infiltrated by a man named Phil Trate in 1936 during a small squall in a maternity ward in Crois De Edmond Von Du Lac, Minnesota.
Actually, the 3M sanding disc was originally a device for sharpening 78 RPM Victrola needles.
If you add 2% by volume to cement, you'll have some idea what the biscuits were like at Thanksgiving.

Very interesting useless information...and if I ever rob a bank or something, it will be handy to have a pet koala to help me out
But...Hershey's kisses do not taste very nice (unless you like the taste of chocolate 'treats' you give to pets).

In Britain 3 people every year die by testing to see if a 9V battery works using their tounge!!!
in Britain a pizza can be delivered to your door quicker than an ambulance can arrive (not sure if this includes cooking time)
