Eurolegs 2007 - Finland 'ere we come...
Magwitch - My name is Mags and I am funky. Posted May 24, 2006
Oh, and England won't win again because we enter cr@p songs and performers. Maybe we need another established band again. (anyone for Karins and the Waves?)

Praps we should get an established Polish band to enter for us.

Oh, you've failed me!
I thought you could have at least come up with a cheesey(sp?) band!
Maybe we ought to search the Polish communities and do a Pop Idol type of thing....
on second thoughts, maybe not

After what happened with Finland I think we should get Motorhead or Ozzy Osbourne, complete with (Rubber of course) to represent us next year

Wouldn't The Darkness be closer to a British equivalent of this year's winner?

Yes The Darkness would be good

It would probably be that Justin Hawkins feller's solo project rather than The Darkness. What's it called again? Ah yes, British Whale.

I imagine suggesting taking part in the Eurovision would be a safer* proposition than asking the same of Lemmy too

Thanks! That's really sweet of you to offer to buy us all a trip to Finland for Eurovision. I'm glad to be the first to gracefully accept your invitation!

Well, I was willing to bid for the trip along with His Toggness, Terry Wogan, for childer in need, but once the voting got into 4 figures I backed off (last time I heard it was up to £22,000 )
Was delighted to spot an Eastern European food shop in the city where I will soon be living, which indicates that
a) there is a very mixed community there, and
b) I can stock up on salty liquorice, pickled herring and garlic lard in time for Eurovision 2007!
