Finland won overall, and Ireland beat the UK.
A great night all round!

I'm tempted to try and do all of this live from Hell(sinki) next year.

I gather that beer's about £10 a pint in Helsinki and I'd prefer not to, thank you.

Not quite.. At the city centre a pint (well, 0,5 litres) is usually under 5€

I think £3 is about 5€, so they're a bit less than that.. The places I go to, the pints are €2,70 but I wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Looks like Europe does have a sense of humour. I had a feeling Finland were going to win. I actually liked it but then I do like my music loud, hard and heavy

I’m disappointed with the Eurovision result ,the uk entry might not have been everyone’s cup of tea. but It was the most irritatingly catchy tune we have entered for years.I was expecting a top 5 place.
I also think the voting might not be as political was we think as it probably has allot to do with radio air play. And country’s close to each other. Are more likely to be familiar with each others songs.

It has a lot to do with people migrating, as well. If you look at the number of Turks in Germany or Russians in Baltic states, for example...

I was so confident we would do well this time a actualy placed a bit on it for the first time.
I new we were in trouble when Sweden didn’t give us ant marks .
The scandenvion countrys normaly like the uk entrys.
May be rap isent a good idea for Eurovision.
