Using up leftovers, just whipped up some rather fab home made pesto and green olive tapenade

The De Loreans were all parked outside my house this morning, and then they invaded w*rk, too

A long weekend of horses, food, trains, dogs, and pagan fortress-y things just happened. I think I'm all walked out for the next day or two. But I'll need to recover quick from that for the next Great Big Plan - details will follow soon!

WJH?: I fell off the sofa. err... I'm sober... I went through, into the front room, from the studeo, and went to sit on the sofa... and fell off

I just stopped working after about 13 hours.
Yesterday and the day before it were rather 14.

that is far too long! have a rest?

WJH?: was a bit peckish... so sliced, then toasted a roll (wholemeal and white flour with caraway seeds, soft roll made a few days back)... then I noticed not much bread left! So quickly made up a bowl of poolish pre-ferment so I can make bread tommorrow Quite a bit of stuff to do tommorrow then ton of washing up to do first thing (lodgers), then can start on making bread, grocerys arriving I think between 11 and 1 PM, and I need to clean fridge and sort that out before they arrive, then I've the survey person coming round to do the final measurements for the new windows at I think 2 PM Could have just about left the bread making until Wednesday, but... I'm meeting up with my Boyfriend then so don't want anything to get in the way of that I might have to go to bed soon... ish...

Yes, it's too long, but all the time I'm afraid I won't get finished in time.

I just had a few for 'dinner' some minutes ago.

how many miles is that in old money? The most I've ever walked in a single day, with rucksack was about 50 miles... (and I seem to recall that just about killed us....)

WJH?: felt so sleepies that I went to bed early.... and consequently woke up at about 6 AM with not a lot to do in the morning I tried to sleep more... and kinda napped/dozed for an hour or so, and then tried to get up... but my mind was busy thinking unpure thoughts about someone... so I just lounged in bed and dozed/day-dreamed a bit longer, before finally getting up and visiting the bathroom and getting dressed...

then I came down, and just about knocked everythign off the drainer as lodger had left a pan handle facing the wrong way
Then I struggled for some time to open a fresh jar of coffee finally opened it and so made a cup of coffee... then had a cigarette, and just now came onto PC and sorted through overnight E-Mails and tweets, think I'll have another coffee in a moment...

I finished my thesis today at 4am. Got up again at 7 to print. 2 pictures don't look so great but oh well. I won't start again now.
After printing I brought it to the bookbinder, who will have it done by Monday evening.
After that (and half asleep) I went shopping, I think I only bought junk but it will get me through the holiday tomorrow.
Then I went to bed for a few hours. I'm still tired but now I'll have something to eat.

WjH?: spent the afternoon with William... and just a few minutes ago said goodbye to him at the door But I'll be seeing him again Saturday, and quite probably spending the entire weekend at his
Oh, and whilst he was here wondered into town and I put my phone into the phone shop so they can send it off to install the software onto it which I've been meaning to do since the new phone arrived, a couple weeks back
Adn Saturday doesn't seem too far away

I may give a friend a call see if he wants to pop to the pub tonight, partly to go out drinking and suchlike, but probably mainly to tell him about me and William awww... err...

Re 100km - how many miles...Ohhh, let's say 62ish. So we'll be walking just under two-and-a-half marathons...

But we've now enlisted Beatrice as support crew - all we need is one more walker to make a team.

Then we can turn to the tiny matter of raising £2000!

I could live without a on this particular excursion, Yarreau. It would bring another whole series of complications.

Well, not really. After a nap I decided that the quality of the print was not as I wanted (too much contrast) so on Friday morning first I'll try if the guys at the print shop manage to get the contrast right, then I'll have to stop the bookbinder and then I'll get new prints.
