Half a ciabatta loaf (oink!oink!) filled with a chicken, tomato and sweet cure bacon sandwich filler followed by a lo-cal chocolate brownie bar
. That was at about 11:30 and then I ate the rest (a banana, an orange and a choc-and-nut ceral bar) at about 4 o'clock. Consequence of late second helpings is I haven't fancied any tea yet this evening.
