Glass of cremant
Roasted vegetables (asparagus and cougettes mostly) on an open ravioli with a pesto sauce
Grilled tuna with strange noodles and more roasted veg.
Glass of Pinot Noir.

I had a fantastic piece of haddock in beer batter, with chips mushy peas, and that tarta sauce In the Resturant at the Tate Modern, with a cup of black coffee, and then a couple hours later several pints of beer in the nearest pub we could find through the rain
and sleet

I had greasy battered chicken fingers and cold, tasteless chips!
All in aid of a Wateraid Lunchtime Pub Quiz, so I can't complain.

A Baguette filled with Chicken Teika filling from the bakery up the road, a Cornish pasty from the same bakery, and a chocklate crunch cake also from that bakery. And to combat this lunchtime overindulgence I'll have ceiser salad tonight with a bit of Scottish smoked salmon, and if I'm really hungry a bit of tortalini with it too, maybe.

Norfolk Street bakery, don't know if its a 'proper' name, its just past the Norfolk Street newsagents on the opposite side of the road
They are pretty cheap and its all good stuff
their large loafs of bread are good, last for ages so long as you don't get em to slice it for you
