I had three rashes bacon again and a egg, in a couple slices of grannary bread with toamto sauce I've finally finished of fthe bacon now before It walked itself out of the fridge

i havent had lunch yet.

ive taken a chicken breast out of the freezer and im going to do that with sweet and sour sauce from the chinese at the weekend and serve it with either pancakes or noodles
