I'm living very posh today. After my fancy lunch on the last page, I've just had seared scallops on a rocket salad with a raspberry vinaigrette. All home-made. Yum!

Unpasturised strong chedder and smoked ham, inbetwen two sliced of wholemeal bread I got from the baker y yesterday I then shallow f fried it in a frying pan in olive oil

Aromatic Duck sandwiches from M&S (GORGEOUS!), followed by one of their lo-cal chocolate puddings (also rather yummy).
Unfortunately, that was four hours ago and now I'm starving again! I'm going to make Mustardy Sausages with Apple for tea, served with mashed spuds and lots of green veg.

Submarine roll with cheese and coleslaw, followed by a caramel slice - both from the bakery in town
And of course 5 portions of fresh fruit and veg ...

(I love cheese and coleslaw...only "discovered" it last year, and now it's one of my favourite sanwiches !)
Had a hot veggie pie with salad...and a chocolate slice for later...

Had a hot sausage roll and a 'steak bake' pie from teh bakery a midday, and got a couple of grannary roolls that I've not done anything with as per yet
