h2g2 The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy: Earth Edition

Sunny Manchester. Went to Blackpool last week and the wind took mother in law off of her feet. Want to go back again to see if she can fly.

Outside my window today we have had a Gale, snow, hail, rain, sunshine and last night on the moors it was quite foggy. I love England.

The colours outside are awsume

Outside my window a small apprentice mechanic is changing a clutch on a large van... While I sit in here and try to look like I'm w*rking...

Suddenly I can see the road at the back of my house quite clearly and the people passing by, then I see the leaves are no longer on the trees but are now on the lawn and know the reason why the view has changed.

Nothing's happening outside the window, because all that's left of the nice old lady that lived across the street is an obituary in the paper

great, it's about time to go home. The outside looks inviting, still warm

Very cold, very sunny and the sky is oh so blue.

Isn't it glorious!? I cant see any real activity outside my wondow today... Just a few broken vans on ramps in various stages of undress and an artic leaving the workshop...

It's dark now. The sky is overcast. A wind occassionally rattles the window panes. Above in the obscure sky the clouds hurry past. Some of the neighbours on the other side of street are watching telly, I can see the flicker of the light shine through the curtains. The upstair lights are burning in a house opposite, but the blinds are shut.

Let's go to the other side of the house: a huge appartment building. Several lights are burning. Many inside decoration are to be seen, but no people.

are nibbling at my nuts.

Windy windy blow, drizzle, rain, a little sleet leaves, nasty November.

It's so sunny here for once that I had to draw the curtains - but it's still ing cold in here, we've had to leave the windows open because a pipe broke in the instute above us and soaked the ceiling.

The sun is now glorious and as you say the blinds need pulling but also as you say it is very cold and still very windy.

London is currently very grey.
