There you are in the middle. Over here there is a number in the phone book that you could ring because of what they call noise pollution, it is very unpleasant living with noise, especially music cos its usually not stuff you enjoy.

No, and especially not if you only hear their stompy beat 
We've decided that the next time it happens, we'll all of us turn the volume way, way up on our stereos and play the same CD at them - Mozart or something

The lights of a northwestern metropolis glitter below my hotel suite. Christmassy lights grace a major city landmark high up in the sky to the west of me. The dawn light will soon tinge the snowy mantle of the Cascade mountain range with a pink glow and so the day will commence as I finally toddle off to sleep.

I don't think you are ever too old to play sword fights, especially with a wooden sword, in fact I don't think you are ever too old to play anything.
We have just put the central heating on up until now have managed with watching tv with duvets.
