If you, like this person, find yourself deeply confused by the surrounding violet and pink slugs, then do what i do. Pop a brightly coloured piece of plum into your mouth, and all your troubles will just drift away. Happy plumming!!

Having read this, I have come to the the conclusion that the people here aren't really confused, they're mad!
Don't let this put you off as I freely admit that I am insane too.
P.S I am not a psycytrist, in case you're wondering.
Total Confusion
Trillian Posted May 4, 1999
Do not wor4ry abour admitting to that. We are all insane in some ways, and if you chose to go into that profession, then you are merely showing that you are proud to be what you are - cleary mad to the bone.
Has anyone ever tried purple chocolate slugs?

Hello. I have always found that chocolate slugs of the orange variety much tastier. However, I also beleive that there are nice people in the world...so I am just mad. Is anyone here nice? Or is my whole beleif system of which I base my entire lifes actions and subsequent reactions around a hollow empty meaningless shell? Anyone?

I'm nice . . . insane but nice

Having nothing to do with being mad which this forum is clearly about, and having noticed your obsesion with dolphins, dolphin girl I am able to give you a piece of useless information:
Did you know dolphins are the only other species on the Earth that have sex purely for pleasure?
Total Confusion
Trillian Posted May 6, 1999
Did you also know that dolphins, while being terribly nice, are the only beings on this planet that are more intelligent than humans. Makes sense don't you think?

I want to know when you become non confused, or is there such a state?
Total Confusion
Spot on Pete, alias The bearded one Posted May 8, 1999
You can only reach the pure state of "non-confusion" when you finally realise that you are in fact confused. Once this confused state is recognised it is a simple leap to say " I know I am confused, therefore, by definition, I am now non-confused about being confused !" Confused ?

I think, therefore I am confused
Don't let them fool you, they know EXACTLY what they are doing.

Fluke Posted May 9, 1999
No no, you've got it all right, but an alternative ideology is:
I am confused, therefore I think.
Total Confusion
Spot on Pete, alias The bearded one Posted May 9, 1999
If you knew that, then you wouldn't be confused. Just think about it, if everyone stays confused then nobody ever has to explain anything, because they don't know what to explain. That's why so many people get away with promulgating such drivvle in the name of politics....oh my....I said a bad word, I think I'll go a lie down for a bit.......

Austin Traveller Posted May 9, 1999
Can confusion be total? If confusion was total wouldn't it be the
norm? In that case, would you recognise that you were confused at
all? Think of it like this. How many people do you know that you
could describe as normal(for the purposes of this conversation read
normal as confused). Well? I don't no anybody that I consider
totally normal and not insome way confused by the world. If I ever
met someone who was totally normal, it would be a first person I
ever met that was normal and sane and unconfused. Surelt this
level of sanity and normalness would make that person by the very
definition of the word, abnormal. Nothing is so honest and obvious
that it couldn't be confused by some one else.
