I am a Satanist. I love Lucifer and I am proud to be one of his followers but I don't worship him. He is a god but I choose not to worship him because I believe that he doesn't want to be worshipped because he is no better than I am. We are great friends and we have a bond. I talk to him alot but I don't pray to him. I don't usually ask him for anything unless I want something that is impossible for me to get on my own and without his help. Satan is not evil. I don't believe in good or evil. He does have a dark personality, though, but that's not evil.

I am an existentialist. I believe that the world is without hope and that life is pointless. I live only for the purpose of existing and there is no other purpose for me other than to exist. The world is a Godless world. God doesn't have a plan for anybody. I hate God. I don't believe in Heaven as a place where people go when they die but if there is a place of joy and happiness such as Heaven I don't want to go there. I love darkness and misery and I don't believe in Hell as a place people go but if Hell is real I know it is where I belong. I believe that only Satan and demons live in Hell and only God and angels live in Heaven and no people.

Hello and welcome to h2g2!
I'm not a Satanist but don't believe Satan is evil at all. The Christians are to blame for that one I did a bit of research on Satanism and came across a website detailing the '10 Commandments' of Satanism. Although worded differently, they were pretty much the same as the Christian ones, although if someone trespasses on your land this list reckoned it was okay to use force against them

How about believing in people who take responsability for their actions without palming them off onto some spurious unknowable beings?
If satan does exist he exists primarily as the expression of hwy it is not my fault, an imaginary fiend who is capable of all wrong doing and therefore absolves us form the onerous burden of accepting what we do on the terms that we do it.
Satan is not an entity separate from ourselves. Instead the concept of evil neatly describes the downside of our natural urges and te corruption of our shared human values.
In this way the worst is understandable aand excusable as we were forced into it by our prial desires, unrestrained by centuries of deconditioning us through a civilising process.
The devil and all his works are just an instrument reacting against our civilised selves and at the same time indulging the havoc that our primal selves have the potential to wreak.
Perhaps the early part of the twenty first century would be a good place to start taking responsability for ourselves rather than reacing into some dark past where the goblins and the deamons held sway.

"Satan made me do it" isn't a valid excuse these days, no. That's the problem with Christianity in particular - I can't trust a religion where followers cannot take their own responsibility and throw the blame elsewhere.

You've just done much the same thing though - blamed the religion rather than the followers ...

What Morals do you learn from worshipping the "Satan" ?
How can you use this to live life and help others?
I think you are afraid to open your eyes, as you know that Worshipping the "Satan" will only benefit YOU.
reason why I state this, is because I have talked to 3 Satan worshippers, and also after indepth discussions, they have seen sense and now are enjoying life (helping others and finding a medium in life).
Im sorry to state that this (satan worship) will only lead to nothing.

Well, if you're a Satan worshipper you have much the same morals as everyone else. It's not all goat sacrifice you know.

If you think about it most of us worship Satan whether we admit it or not.
Sex, money, food, love, even democracy - all are pretty Satanic to a proper Christian. We live for entertainment pleasure wealth frivolous things - all 'Satanic'. Even curiosity, love of knowledge, science, exploration are seen as the essence of 'evil'.
I don't worship Satan, but 'we are all our own little Gods'. And we don't need some LORD telling us what to do all the time, that is not God.

Pigeons?
Seriously though, 'evil' is a word which gets chucked about far too much nowadays. Paedophiles and serial killers are called 'evil' but if they are geniunely sociopathic, as many of them are, then they cannot actually understand why what they do is wrong and are therefore not 'evil'. To be 'evil' you have to make a conscious decision to go against what society regards as 'good'.

Oh, and DarkGothSatanist (can I call you Stan?), you DO worship Lucifer if you love him/her/it. It's a synonym and everything.
