Satan-Worship

Satan originates from the Bible, I am sorry but it is true. Christians did not make Satanist into a villain, but they did mislable other Religions as 'Satanist'.

Just to clarify. When I said 'Originates' from the Bible, I meant he 'Originates' from the Religions that Worship God, Allah, Ihova etc. He is called by many different names, Lucifer was actually not intended as one.
Lucifer was not the name of the Devil, Satan or whatever you want to call him. St. Jerome misinterpreted it as his name.
Lucifer means 'Bearer of Light' or 'Bringer of Light' a title that Lucifer had. Jesus is called the Lucifer, also on many occasions as in Christianity he is the true 'Bringer of light'.
Anyway I do not understand the Satanic
'Religions'. If Satan is true then the Bible must be true, and if the Bible is true then Satan gets his 'head kicked in' by God and his army of heaven. Also a lot of Satanic religions 'steal' ideas from Pagan Religions, such as Gallic.
Most people who worshop satan do it to seem cool, but I don't see anything cool about it. Satan gets beaten in the Bible and Anton LeVey was a rapist.
My suggestion to all these Satanic wannabes is; join either Gallic Religion or any old Religion that has a solid belief and does not use things from too many other Religions.
Druids are more fun than Satanic Priests.

Yer average modern "satanist" tends to follow the burblings of Anton LaVey. Not your nicest character. However, LaVey nicked massive amounts of stuff from Aleister Crowley, who was a bit of a weirdo (and a bloody good mountaineer), but felt that his religion of Thelema was actually morally wrong. He just believed that he was the channel for it, but his real interest was Buddhism. And drugs. I guess it all stems from those lovely Victorian esoteric societies like theosophy and the Golden Dawn guys. Even more modern movements like Wicca can trace themselves back to these ideas (Gardner - "founder" of modern Wicca - was a Golden Dawn member and he pinched a few rituals from Crowley).
I guess, in the time-honoured tradition of these things, it's all a search for the same truths, but using different roads. We all have an urge to find something "higher" than ourselves, some use drugs, some use booze, some use sex and some use religion/philosophy. Simple as that.
Here endeth the lesson. Now, where did I put that whiskey...

In the bottom of your heart you know that Satan's rules are to live as if we were alone in that life.Love is not obligatory.Only doing bad have to be the aim of your life.QUESTION.
Do you think if it was like that in the past time your lovely parents would have given you life.In life there is a rule and love is the main point of this rule.To worship satan is to give him your soul as a gift.I mean it will be better for you to choose the best way.Satan was banished from God's paradise. Now he hasno power in front of him.Think about this.May God bless you.

Seriously how can you worship an entity the whole part of the world doesn't worship. It will be good for you to change view.

Nobody should be worshipping any gods at all then since they don't all agree on which gods and there's no evidence for any of them.

<<"Satan made me do it" isn't a valid excuse these days, no. That's the problem with Christianity in particular - I can't trust a religion where followers cannot take their own responsibility and throw the blame elsewhere.>
Christians do take their own responsibility. I'm a christian and believe its my own fault I've sinned even though Satan tempted me it was still my own choice in the end.

I've never bothered to count them myself. I merely noted what a lot of rubbish it was and moved on to better books. However, with the rise of the internet, there's usually someone somewhere collecting something strange - possibly so that other people don't have to waste their lives doing it too. So here's one site which lists a lot of contradictions etc. Though I don't recall that there was a count as such.

Ach, it's a statistic I've heard a lot. But here's one for you:
One of the 10 commandments is thou shalt not kill, yet this 'God' encourages sacrifices...

Dr_Von Posted Nov 4, 2005
I thought that in the 10 commandments God was talking about people...Thou shalt not kill people. When he wanted sacrifices, it was always specified as animal sacrifices.

Yeah well, i don't believe in atheism. As Bob Dylan once said "you don't need a weather man to tell which way the wind blows."
Fear is your only God these days, your just a member of some harmless, middle-class, suburbian sub-culture and being subversive is just as profitable for big business as being a conformist sheep. Havn't you seen any of those Orange mobile phone adds? Now thats the real face of Satan!
