Anyone using the OS V4.1 upgrade? I was wondering whether it was worth the £7.45 outlay.

[op] I guess I'd better go off and iron the shirt before the interview later...

Ooooh. Good luck OP. Though, I'm sure you won't need it. Sock it to 'em!
I am rather enjoying ice hockey. It beats rugby all out in Solnushka's personal ranking of sports where you can't tell if they are actually fighting or not. Favourite foul committed by a Chech against a Sweede: 'roughing'. He he.
I'm not sure I find it distressing PG. It's far more entertaining to contemplate that most of the Russian player are in the NHL...

Good luck, OP, I hope the interview goes well.
No2 son's car is in the Garage as we speak, being checked over. We know the head gasket is a bit iffy and the exhaust pipe rattles horribly, also the heater is on the blink, however we are not sure what else they are going to unearth. But we can trust the mechanics to do a good, honest job.
As I rashly offered to pay for the work for his birthday, I'm hoping its not going to be too horrendous!

Here's an Olympic question: why were the American downhill skiing competitors wearing spiderman suits? I've been meaning to ask that one for ages. Splendid outfits.
And I love cross country skiing. Just as you think there can't possibly be another combination of skiing and shooting (different distances/ persuits/ simaultanious starts/ different styles of skiiing (so Boyfreind says: is that true?)/different sized targets/ etc etc they come up with one. Half the fun of the winter games (for me)is figuring out the objective/rules for whichever wacky sport is on the TV now.

Nice to see you back, Uncle Heavy -- and if champers isn't to your taste just now, you can join me in a cup of tea (it's a big cup) with fresh cinnamon buns. Matina has noticed that this cold has put me on an eating binge, bless her.
Why does everyone ask about my cold and not me?

Hi lil! How's the cold?
Perhaps the downhill skiers were sponsered by the new Spiderman film.

Titania (gone for lunch) Posted Feb 19, 2002
Yes, that is pretty typical about people asking how your cold is, isn't it Lil? Sometimes I answer 'Oh, my cold is just dandy, but I myself am feeling rather under the ice'
