I joined PreRupert, but I didn't stick around long after that. When I came back, the BBC had taken over.


Damn it! I still wish I had a copy of the e-mail I received from TDV inviting me to h2g2. I had signed on with them in anticipation of the long delayed Starship Titanic and got a curious email from them inviting me to check this place out. That was at least four computers and two email addresses ago.

Yup, some like jwf were still posting years and years later. They may even still do so.

You know though, something tells me it wasn't actually set up *during* rupert, it may well have been set up for people to fly off in a rage to when the BBC moderation type stuff came in after Rupert. Remember the Zaphodistas!
