Everything in this universe of h2g2 is recorded, apart from what is deleted at the editors discretion.
In a similar way everything in the "real" universe is recorded (we call it the past).
Will it just be thrown away, discarded as rubbish, or will it get "recycled" ?

The Past is the Past. It's gone.
No one ever reads the backlog.
it's dead and gone.
But History repeats itself.
Over and over and over.
So I suppose that's some kinda recycling.
But that's like trying to put a poositive spin
on a hamster on a treadmill. Bottom line is it's
going nowhere, and been nowhere, just burning calories.
peace

History, repeating itself?
That which happens happens, that which in happening causes something else to happens causes soemthing else to happen... etc... etc...

The trouble with religion is that it doesn't answer the most disturbing questions.
If there is a God, how can He possibly have triggered that ITV commercial break just before Everton scored?

I've heard people moaning about that ad break. Never got it here - I saw the goal ok (and a rather good one it was too!)

God wanted people in part of the country to wait a couple of minutes before they saw the goal? Truly he moves in mysterious ways.

There is a God, that's why he engineered a situation where Sunderland can concentrate on Premiership victory with out having to worry about that F A Cup nonsense.

Please excuse the construction of that sentence. 'Twas a ghastly nonsense, but you get the idea.

Who knew the God of Sunderland was also the god of the Koppites?

'Greatest' how? By mass? If so, how many decibels can he reach vocally? Just wondern' where he'd fit into the chart:

>>At least Rugby has no adverts!!!<<
Did you see ITV's coverage of the Rugby World Cup last year? Full of ads at inappropriate times. ITV just can't do sports coverage. Five do a *much* better job with their coverage of the UEFA Cup.
